Business Development
Onyvax has three business development priorities:
1) In-licence/acquire clinical stage products
Onyvax is looking to add further products
to its pipeline that are complementary to the
existing portfolio of cancer immunotherapies.
These products should be clinical stage or
near clinical stage. Onyvax is open to in-licensing
and M&A activity to achieve
this goal.
2) Build partnering relationships for Onyvax-P
To date, Onyvax has retained full, worldwide
rights to Onyvax-P, the company’s lead product to treat
prostate cancer. Onyvax is interested to hear from
companies interested in licensing or
acquiring rights to this program.
3) Seek co-development relationships for Onyvax-105
Onyvax-105 is a potential pan-tumor antibody as it targets CD55,
a widespread cancer antigen. Early clinical
data are encouraging, and Onyvax is planning
Phase II clinical trials in prostate and other
cancers. Onyvax would be interested in exploring
manufacturing and/or clinical co-development
relationships.
